CAEM

CAEM is the Portuguese Joint Industry Committee that is responsible for evaluating media audience measurement. It contributes to their development, by defining appropriate technical processes and methods and by carrying out regular quality controls. CAEM was first established in 1994 and owns the TV Audience Measurement System.
